2013 Summit Zinfandel   

Ripe jammy raspberry fruit with pepper, eucalyptus and sweet toasted oak.  Rich brambly fruit on the palate, sensuous texture and a long layered finish.

Tasting Notes:
This slightly chewy Zinfandel will be a great partner for pizza, pasta or a juicy bison burger. It can also bring out the best in a grilled tri-tip served with sautéed mushrooms and onions.
